Victor Lawrence: Associate

Vic began a 19-year career in Dallas with Bank America serving in Operations, Real Estate and Finance. As Vice President/Director of Office Lease Operations in Texas for bank owned properties, he worked with brokerages and tenants building relationships and serving his clients needs which has always formed the foundation of his career.

In 2003, Vic and his family moved to Tomball where he built and began a new Automotive Maintenance business in West Woodlands.  There he managed employees and served the community based on trust and integrity.  After 16 years, he sold the business and real estate to a Fortune 500 company and stepped back into the world of Real Estate, both residential and commercial.  His focus is now directed toward commercial real estate where he enjoys using the experience gained both in his banking career and as a business owner.

Vic and his wife, Deana, are long-time residents of Tomball, her hometown.  They enjoy family time and traveling with their 5 grandchildren, sons and daughters-in-law.  Vic serves as Chairman of the Heart of Tomball Alliance that supports 40+ businesses in Old Town Tomball through marketing and hosting community events.  Vic and Deana attend WoodsEdge Community Church in Spring and are involved in related discipleship and community groups.
