During his high school and college years, Raul worked at his family’s landscape and design company, Noack Maintenance and Landscaping, which has served commercial and residential properties throughout Houston for nearly 50 years. Through this experience, he learned the value of hard work and the importance of nurturing both relationships and projects to achieve lasting results. Raul developed key skills in helping clients realize their vision, coordinating customer communication, and managing crews to consistently meet deadlines. He further refined his abilities at Bluejack National Golf Club, where he gained valuable experience in both the hospitality industry, and the Montgomery real estate market. Raul’s interest in commercial real estate deepened while managing several dozen rental properties with Circle N Alliance. In 2025, he advanced his career by joining Texas CRES, where he now specializes in Land and Industrial sales.
