Flavio Beato: Assistant Vice President

Born and raised in Brazil, Flavio Beato moved to Houston, Texas, in 2013 and began investing in real estate in 2016. He holds a college degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Supply Chain and International Trade, which laid the foundation for his professional journey. Before transitioning to real estate, Flavio spent over 20 years as an operations manager for an international commodities trading company. This role allowed him to travel extensively to countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Turkey, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and preparing him to thrive in Houston’s rich, multicultural environment.

Flavio also brings over six years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial construction and renovation, a skill set that has significantly contributed to his real estate success. Fluent in Portuguese, he has completed hundreds of residential transactions and has since expanded into commercial real estate, where he continues to grow and excel.

Outside of work, Flavio enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling across the country in their family’s travel trailer. When not exploring, he is actively involved in his local church, teaching 5th-grade Sunday school and volunteering in various ministries. Faith, family, and a passion for new cultures and experiences are at the core of everything he does.
