She began her real estate career in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2009 and relocated to Texas in 2010. With a background in commercial finance and capital sourcing, Corie founded a financial intermediary firm where she helped clients secure funding for acquisitions, bridge loans, and energy-related infrastructure projects. Recognizing her ability to connect capital with high-quality assets, Corie merged her financial expertise into a full-service commercial real estate advisory, allowing her to deliver comprehensive solutions to industry investors, developers, and property owners.
Originally from a farm town in Southwest Kansas, Corie now lives in Kingwood, Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her children. You can usually find her at the baseball field cheering on her son or supporting her daughter at cheer competitions.
