Adria Martinez

Adria specializes in Investment Sales and Tenant Representation. She uses strong market knowledge, extensive research and financial analysis to help her clients make well informed decisions. She is dedicated to serving her clients diligently, and she prioritizes open, transparent communication to create long-lasting, personal relationships.

Before beginning her career in Commercial Real Estate, Adria earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rice University while playing Division I volleyball. After graduating from Rice, Adria moved overseas to England to continue playing and earn her Master’s Degree in Finance. She completed her studies with merit by submitting a dissertation which analyzed the factors that impact profitability among U.S. Real Estate sectors. This research helped her to better understand the financial aspects of Commercial Real Estate and inspired her to begin her career in the industry.

In Adria’s free time, she mentors high school athletes who aspire to play sports in college. She spends time helping at her father’s baseball club, Scorpions Baseball, where she serves as the Vice President of Events on the board of Scorpions Scholarship Foundation. The organization gives scholarships to graduating baseball players in the Greater-Houston area. Adria also enjoys supporting Rice Athletics and watching her younger brother, Landon at his baseball and football games.
