Joel C. English

Joel C. English began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1995, giving him 24 years of experience. He put himself through the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX while working commercial leases in a family portfolio of retail properties. Additionally, he has worked in a brokerage capacity with Henry S. Miller Commercial (Texas’ largest independently held brokerage firm at the time) for nearly three years and with New Quest Properties (the Southwest’s most active developer at the time) for an additional four years. He built great relationships that helped him create his first firm, CEC Brokerage in 2005.

CEC Brokerage was acquired by NAI Houston in 2011 and in January of 2012, Joel partnered with a local developer to create SITERRA Properties, LLC.  In 2015, Joel decided to rebrand his brokerage and development efforts. He then formed Texas CRES, LLC.

Joel thrives on repeat business and to encourage this he continues to offer his clients the service and professionalism they deserve and what he would expect from someone representing him. Joel’s dual experience offers him a savvy angle to properly represent his clients. He has negotiated as landlord and as tenant. He has bought and sold many properties on his own behalf. His experience has made him aware of what means the most to a buyer, landlord, seller, or tenant. These experiences give Joel a unique ability to negotiate the best deal for his clients and get them the results they deserve. With an unprecedented amount of experience for his age, he has the energy, expertise, and motivation to take care of your commercial real estate needs.

Joel is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a sponsor of the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He is a member of the Cy Fair Chamber of Commerce, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, the Tomball Chamber of Commerce, and the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce, Joel was named a Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter in 2009.  He was also a contestant and speaker in the CCIM forecast event in both 2011 and 2012, where he was named CCIM’s Forecast Competition winner in 2011.  He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Community Business Finance (www.communitybusinessfinance.com) and is also currently Vice President of the Wildwood Estates Owner Association.
